About the Owner

Hello everyone, and thanks for taking the time to get to know me! ^-^/)
I go by "Tigermoon" online, I'm 26 years old and the founder of Street Animals, an automotive lifestyle brand. I've been an independent content creator since 2016 and am an artist, designer, 3D animator, and community leader. I'm proud to say that Street Animals is LGBTQ+, Latina, and female-owned! My pride and joy is a 2014 Camaro ZL1 named Shadowmere. Her heart is a supercharged 6.2L LSA producing 600 horsepower and 556 lb-ft of torque.
Street Animals was actually a "happy mistake" as I like to joke.
When I first got into the automotive scene, I was often met with sexism and dismissive attitudes whenever I asked genuine questions about cars. As a woman, I constantly felt like I wasn't taken seriously. Instead of receiving helpful answers, I was sometimes given misinformation, mocked for what I drove, or made to feel like I didn't belong. It was discouraging to be excited about learning something new only to be pushed away by the very community I hoped to be a part of.
Eventually, I distanced myself from that environment and started focusing on the things I truly enjoyed. I realized I had other interests that I wanted to combine with my passion for cars, so one day I made a silly video asking if anyone else felt the same way. To my surprise, the response was overwhelming. So many people connected with the idea and encouraged me to create a group for like-minded enthusiasts.
That group would eventually become Street Animals.
What started as a simple idea grew naturally and unexpectedly into something much bigger. As the community grew, members wanted stickers and merchandise to represent what we were building together, so I made it happen. Street Animals has not only changed my life, but it has positively impacted the lives of thousands of others as well, and I'm incredibly grateful for that. Today we are well over 10k members world wide and I am excited to keep it growing for as long as I can.
My goal has always been to create a welcoming community where people feel comfortable asking questions, learning new things, and helping one another grow. No question is stupid, and everyone deserves the opportunity to learn without fear of being judged or ridiculed.
At its core, Street Animals has always been about the people. The merchandise isn't the purpose, it's simply a way for us to represent the community, connect with one another, and recognize fellow members out in the wild.
Today, my focus remains the same as it was when Street Animals first began: building a community where people can share their passion for cars without fear of judgment. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast, attending your first meet, building your dream project, or simply curious to learn, there is a place for you here. My hope is that Street Animals continues to inspire friendships, create opportunities, and remind people that the automotive community is at its best when we support one another.
Thank you for representing Street Animals and being part of this journey. Let's continue making a positive impact.
Warm hugs,
Tiger
